As we enter 2024, we're committed to making you confident in running a smooth and successful election. That's why we're proud to be launching Clear Ballot Academy this year to offer hands-on training experiences and instructor-led classes for new and existing customers. Classes will be offered in-person at our training facilities in Nashua, NH. Some classes will be available virtually. Whether you need to train a new team, get a quick refresher, or supplement your implementation training, we have classes designed to meet your needs.
In-Person Trainings
Hosted at our facilities in Nashua, New Hampshire.
Classroom Lab - for instructor-led classes where students require a laptop or workstation for hands-on tutorial content.
Election Lab - for hands-on classes that require all ClearVote equipment, from ClearDesign and ClearCount servers and workstations, to ClearCast and ClearAccess/Mark polling location equipment.
Virtual Trainings
Participants will take part in instructor-led, presentation-only online classes. It provides jurisdictions with the most flexibility when it comes to learning Clear Ballot's products. Clear Ballot Academy uses Google Meet for virtual classes, and can accommodate small or large classes.
Regional Trainings
Clear Ballot Academy's Regional Training Sessions bring together staff from jurisdictions across a geographical region, and provide participants with insightful knowledge into Clear Ballot's products.

The Clear Ballot Academy Election lab is composed of two smaller labs:
Central Election Office
- The central election office contains ClearDesign and ClearCount servers and workstations for administration, scanning, and adjudication.
Polling Place
- The polling place lab contains precinct hardware and is modeled after a polling location for in-person voting. This lab is used for hands-on learning for precinct hardware.
