Larry brings 25 years of executive experience in mission-critical software to a new mission: building innovative election tools. As a seasoned software professional, Larry recognized how technology can make its best contributions to the nation's elections, and his concept of the visualization of voter intent is the foundation for Clear Ballot products. This conceptual breakthrough enables non-technical election officials to resolve the closest of elections - even large elections - visually within minutes.
As he has done many times, Larry assembled a talented team to bring an important product to market. He led Lotus Notes from its launch in 1989, and was the key figure responsible for its commercial success. He has also served as CEO of two venture-funded companies and was on the founding team of two RFID companies, which developed RFID chips and RFID readers.
Larry holds a bachelor's and a master's degree from Georgetown University.
