DIRECTOR OF CUSTOMER SUCCESS
Rosemary Fedorchak has made a career of making everyone successful. She has built responsive customer service organizations that deliver for those who use them and those who staff them. She has developed many internal systems that capture and track customer requests and build institutional skills and knowledge.
Rosemary is building another one for Clear Ballot. Customers will benefit from her commitment to research, as seen with her notable work in on-demand mobile presentations, connected health/wellness programs and internet of things (IoT) platform and applications.
Before she joined Clear Ballot, Fedorchak led professional services, operations, and technical support teams for Boston-area technology companies including Axeda, Healthrageous, Brainshark, and Lumigent.
Fedorchak holds a BS in Computer Science from Framingham State University.
