SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
If a voting system implementation encounters difficulties, Tom Feehan has probably dealt with them at least once. As a seasoned and certified project manager, his comfort with the scale and complexity of statewide implementations with precinct-level logistics is an asset to Clear Ballot project teams.
Tom brings over thirty-five years of management experience to Clear Ballot, including fifteen years of election experience. Most recently, he served the State of Maryland as Senior Project Manager, where he oversaw the State’s New Voting System Replacement Project. This program transitioned Maryland from DRE touchscreen devices to paper ballots and image scanning technology. Tom coordinated Maryland’s statewide delivery programs for polling places, and configured multiple warehouse layouts for voting system receiving, storage, and maintenance.
Feehan spent seven years with Premier Election Solutions, serving most of that time as the General Business Manager for the East Region. He was responsible for seventeen states, over one-hundred customers, as well as three statewide installations. This was followed by one year with ES&S after their acquisition of Premier.
Tom earned his BS in Biology at Lafayette College and a Master’s Certificate in Project Management at George Washington University.
