Meet Nexus — the Next Generation of ClearVote

Nexus™ reimagines precinct voting with a next-generation paper ballot voting system built to exceed VVSG 2.0 standards. It isn't simply a tabulator. It's a modular system that can adapt to the way elections are conducted and is designed to be more secure, more efficient, and more adaptable than ever before. Nexus is based on universal ballot integrity: every voter always uses the same human-readable, full-face ballot regardless of voting method; no Barcodes, QR codes, or summary ballots ever. Nexus features an industry-first thermal printer that produces full-size paper ballots with no ink or toner, uses less power, and delivers a faster, more efficient voting experience.

Flexible

ClearVote® Nexus offers unparalleled flexibility with a modular design that allows the same equipment to be used as either a standalone tabulator or tabulator plus ballot marking device with the addition of our thermal printer.

Durable

Nexus features Clear Ballot’s revolutionary thermal ballot printing technology, which produces durable, variable length ballots in seconds while eliminating costly ink and toner cartridges.

Simple

ClearVote Nexus is simple for both poll workers and voters to use, with a combined platform that makes training easier and deployment straightforward.

Not a Retrofit. A Reinvention.

Built for modern elections, Nexus combines security, accessibility, usability and transparency in a system designed from the ground up to exceed VVSG 2.0 standards.
