Physical Ballot Audit
Collection Send ballot images to Clear Ballot after election to be retabulated.   Ballots are already on-hand and ready to scan on Clear Ballot’s high-speed scanners. 
Tabulation Once ballots are received, Clear Ballot tabulates ballot images through software.   Clear Ballot’s high-speed scanners generate new ballot images, which are then retabulated automatically through software.
Results Once your ballots have been tabulated by Clear Ballot, you will have access to results on premise through Clear Ballot’s software.   Software is hosted on premise giving you immediate access to your results as you scan.
Review Review is performed digitally by your staff on premise or by Clear Ballot for an extra fee.    Review is performed on premise by your staff.
Reports Once results are finished, you are sent a summary of the results, a threshold report by Clear Ballot.   Analyze results on premise and generate a final threshold report.
